Ding-Wen Hsu, Co-Owner/President
Ding-Wen Hsu is co-founder and majority shareholder of PWT and currently serves as president. Ms. Hsu has more than 20 years of MIS and managerial experience. Ms. Hsu also is active in the community, for which she received the March 2005 9 Who Care Award. She is one of the founders of the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival and has served as the chair for four years, and is a co-founder of the International Multi-Cultural Institute.

Tai-Dan Hsu, Ph.D., PE, Co-Owner/CEO
Tai-Dan Hsu, Ph.D., P.E., is chief executive officer, PWT co-owner and co-founder, and a major shareholder of PWT since it was incorporated in 1987. Dr. Hsu has more than 25 years of experience as an engineer, hydrologist, and senior manager. As PWT's CEO, he directs strategic development and long-term planning.

Chuck Champion, Finance Manager and Contract Administrator
Charles Champion is the finance manager and contract administration for PWT’s Remedial Action Contract and Rocky Mountain Arsenal Oversight Contracts. After earning his degree in finance and economics from Northern Arizona University, Mr. Champion has gained over 20 years experience leading many large and complex federal contracts.
