Tai-Dan Hsu, Ph.D., PE, Co-Owner/CEO

Dr. Tai-Dan Hsu is the Chief Executive Officer, Founder and co-owner of PWT since it was incorporated in 1987. Dr. Hsu has more than 30 years of experience in water resources, environmental compliance, engineering design and cost analysis. As PWT’s CEO, he directs overall business operations including strategic development, long-term planning and financial management.

Ding-Wen Hsu, Co-Owner

Ding-Wen Hsu is co-founder and majority shareholder of PWT. Ms. Hsu has more than 30 years of MIS and managerial experience. A native of Taiwan, she has been very active in the Asian American communities in Denver since she moved to Colorado in 1978. She is one of the founders of Colorado Dragon Boat Festival, the largest Asian American festival in the Rocky Mountain region. In addition, she is the co-founder of International Multi-Cultural Institute, a nonprofit organization that promotes understanding and interaction among various cultures.

Greg Pickett, Information Technology Project Manager

Greg Pickett manages PWT’s contract at DOE’s Western Area Power Administration facility in Lakewood, Colorado. He leads a team of engineers and analysts in Cyber Security, Computer Hardware, Microsoft, Citrix, Novell, Linux, Call Center Customer Support, Application Administration and Operations. Greg has more than 25 years experience managing computer and network systems in Oil and Gas, Electronics, Architectural Engineering and Telecommunications industries.

Charles (Chuck) Champion, Program Finance Manager and Contracts Administrator

Chuck Champion is PWT’s Environmental Services Division Program Finance Manager and Contracts Administrator ensuring sound financial management and contractual compliance, with primary responsibility for PWT’s Remedial Action Contract (RAC2) and Rocky Mountain Arsenal Oversight Contract (RMAOS). Chuck has more than 28 years of experience leading financial and contractual functions for small government purchasing programs up to multibillion-dollar Federal programs, and has provided all facets of government reporting and program tracking methodologies.

David Majidi, Controller

David Majidi is the Controller at PWT . David is responsible for coordination and preparation of company financial, budgeting and project accounting. Mr. Majidi manages PWT’s DCAA approved financial system. David has over 30 years experience in General, Cost and Project Accounting.
